General Responsibilities:

Multimedia Designer
-Provide graphic designs for print and other collateral.
-Do photo/video/audio/3D productions.
-Do Web design/maintenance for company and clients.
-Provide technical support on computers, systems, software.
-Other duties as may be assigned.

Administrative Assistant
-Provide administrative, clerical, and receptionist support.
-Conduct research, compile data, and prepare/write papers for consideration and presentation by executives/boards of directors or for the general information of the company’s public.
-Provide office orientation for new employees.
-Other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements: Candidates should be honest and trustworthy, respectful, flexible, demonstrate sound work ethics, interpersonal/team-building, as well as analytical/problem-solving/decision-making skills. Must also have effective verbal and listening communications skills, keen attention to detail and high level of accuracy, as well as effective organizational skills.

Multimedia Designer

-Have the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy/confidentiality concerning financial and employee files.
-Have effective written communications skills.
-Possess computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheet and word processing/office presentation programs.
-Graduate of Business Administration, Accountancy, Mass Communication, or similar course
